آیسی رگولاتور و ماژول کاهنده ولتاژ DC TO DC تکنوالکترونیک مدل TE514E یک آیسی کاهنده ولتاژ با جریان دهی حداکثر 800ma در ولتاژهای خروجی مختلف 5V و 9V و 12V و 15V و 24V با ولتاژ ورودی حداقل ۲ ولت بیشتر از ولتاژ ورودی و حداکثر ۸۰ ولت می باشد .

این قطعه کاربردی مناسب مداراتی است که ولتاژ بالایی دارند و نیاز به یک رگولاتور ولتاژی ست که تحمل ولتاژ ورودی بالایی داشته باشد ، این آیسی نیازی به هیتسینگ ندارد اما درصورت جریان کشی بالا استفاده از یک خنک کننده کوچک شرایط کار را ایده آل خواهد کرد .

The Technoelectronics DC TO DC Voltage Regulator and Module Model TE514E is a voltage reducer IC with a maximum current of 800mA at various output voltages of 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V and 24V with an input voltage of at least 2V higher than the input voltage and a maximum of 80V.

This application is suitable for circuits that have high voltage and require a voltage regulator that can withstand high input voltage. This IC does not require heating, but in case of high current consumption, using a small cooler will make the working conditions ideal.

The pin arrangement and pins of the IC are the same as the regulator ICs available on the market, and for greater safety, the GND pin is also located in the middle of the step-down module, like other current regulators.
