ماژول تکنوالکترونیک مدل TE4 یک ماژول صنعتی تقریبا همه کاره بود با امکانات بالا و تبدیل شدن به هر نشانگر یا نمایشگر برای انواع مصارف می باشد

این ماژول در ابعاد کوچک و با یک نمایشگر LCD حدود ۲/۴ اینچی ۴ دیجت طراحی شده برای زیبایی و نصب بر روی هر پنل یا دستگاه می باشد ، ولتاژ مدار از ۳ ولت الی ۱۵ ولت می باشد و در همه حالت دارای ورودی برای پالس یا شمارش و یک پین یا اتصال برای ریست کردن ( یا صفر شدن تمامی ارقام برای شمارش جدید ) است

برای حالت ساعت کافیست یک پالس به ازای هر یک دقیقه یک پالس ( پالس مثبت یا بالا رونده ) به ماژول یا مدار اعمال شود تا ساعت شروع کار کند ، پین ۱۱ ماژول برای نمایش ممیز یا : برای حالت های ساعت یا دقیقه تعبیه شده 

اما برای دقیقه شمار کافیست که ورودی پالس ( پین ۴ ماژول ) یک هرتز باشد یا به ازای هر ثانیه یک پالس , برای ثانیه و کرنومتر هر زمان پالسها یا سرعت پالس ها باید بیشتر شود ، دو رقم اول توسط جامپر یک که متصل به پین ۵ و ۶ ماژول است این امکان را برای شما ایجاد می کند که دو رقم اول تا عدد ۵۹ و ۶۰ را بشمارند ( در صورت اتصال جامپر ) یا تا عدد ۹۹ و ۱۰۰ ( در صورت خارج کردن جامپر از مدار ) و جامپر سوم که دو رقم پایانی سمت چپ نمایشگر LCD را کنترول می کند ( جامپر متصل به پین ۹ و ۱۰ ) در صورت اتصال جامپر به این دو پین ماژول دو رقم آخرش تا عدد ۲۳ ( جهت نمایش ساعت ) و در صورت خارج کردن جامپر ( یا اتصال ) شمارش تا عدد ۹۹ خواهد بود 

جهت استفاده ماژول به عنوان یا پروژه ساعت و تایمر و دقیقه شمار و ،.. دو عدد کلید شستی کوچک در سمت راست مدار قرار دارد تا امکان تنظیم دقیق ساعت را برای شما به صورت دستی فراهم کند

در صورت نیاز ماژول برای کاربرد هایی مانند ؛ ماژول شمارنده یا کانتر ، ماژول فرکانس متر و ماژول های دیگر دو جامپر ۱ و ۳ را از مدار جدا کنید و فقط جامپر ۲ متصل به پین ۷ و ۸ را اتصال و قرار دهید در این حالت ماژول شما به ازای هر پالس یک عدد برای شمارش را نمایش خواهد داد  و از 0000 تا 9999 را شمارش خواهد کرد برای تبدیل به ماژول به فرکانس متر باید یک مبدل فرکانس به پالس را در ورودی مدار قرار دهید برای سایر مدارات و ماژول ها مانند ماژول دما و ماژول های دیگر همین کار را انجام دهید 

پین یک : ( پین مربع ) ورودی ولتاژ ماژول است و باید حداقل ۳ ولت و حداکثر ۱۵ ولت باشد ، جریان مصرفی ماژول بسیار کم و در حدود چند میلی آمپر ( ۲ تا ۵ میلی آمپر ) می باشد که برای استفاده ساعت باطری دار بسیار مناسب و معقول می باشد 

پین دو : پین ولتاژ منفی یا GND گراند است

پین سه : پایه ی ریست یا پاکردن شمارنده و بازگشت به عدد 0000 جهت شروع شماره دوباره است ، این پین را یا آزاد یا به پایه گراند GND اتصال دهید ( در صورتی که نیاز ندارید ) اما اگر به ولتاژ + مثبت اتصال داده شود ( حتی به صورت لحظه ای ) شمارنده ریست خواهد شد

پین چهارم : ورودی پالس است که با پالس مثبت یا ولتاژ مثبت تحریک می شود و برای هر حالت به ماژول مرتبط همان حالت اتصال دهید ، بر فرض شما می خواهید تعداد دور یک دستگاه سیم پیچ را بشمارید باید به ماژول اپتوکوپلر یا ریررله و یا سویچ دور شمار اتصال دهید

پین شش و پنجم : جامپر ۱ است برای دو رقم اول شمارنده از سمت راست که به شما این امکان را میدهد که این دو رقم تا عدد ۵۹ را بشمارند یا تا ۹۹

پین هشت و هفت : جامپر دوم است و خارج کردن جامپرهای دیگر و انصال این جامپر شمارنده تا عدد 9999 شمارش و بالا میرود .  

پین نه و پین ده : جامپر سوم است با اتصال این جامپر در محل شمارنده دو رقم آخر سمت چپ تا عدد ۲۳ را جهت نمایش ساعت و در صورت خارج کردن تا عدد 99 را شمارش یا نمایش خواهد داد .

پین یازده : یا پین آخر بر روی LCD وضعیت : را نمایش می دهد که برای حالت های استفاده ماژول به عنوان ساعت مناسب است .

در چهار گوشه ماژول سوراخ هایی به قطر ۳/۵ میل جهت پیچ کردن ماژول به جای مورد نظر روی پنل دستگاهتان قرار دارد که باید مقداری فاصله بین LCD مدار و پنل جهت آسیب ندیدن و اتصال در نظر گرفته شود. 

این ماژول با ظرافت و زیبایی خاصی طراحی شده در صورت نیاز به جلوه بیشتر می توانید ماژول را به صورت بک لایت دار یا چراغ پشت LCD هم سفارش دهید.

The Technoelectronics TE4 module is an almost versatile industrial module with high features and can be converted into any indicator or display for a variety of uses

This module is small in size and with a 2/4 inch 4-digit LCD display designed for beauty and installation on any panel or device, the circuit voltage is from 3 volts to 15 volts and in all modes has an input for pulse or counting and a pin or connection for resetting (or zeroing all digits for a new count)

For the clock mode, it is enough to apply one pulse for every minute (positive or rising pulse) to the module or circuit to start the clock, pin 11 of the module is used to display the decimal point or: for the hour or minute modes

But for the minute counter, it is enough that the pulse input (pin 4 of the module) is one hertz or one pulse per second, for seconds and stopwatches whenever the pulses or pulse speed must be increased, the first two digits are controlled by jumper one, which is connected to pins 5 and 6 of the module, which allows you to count the first two digits up to 59 and 60 (if the jumper is connected) or up to 99 and 100 (if the jumper is removed from the circuit), and the third jumper, which controls the last two digits on the left of the LCD display (jumper connected to pins 9 and 10), if the jumper is connected to these two module pins, the last two digits will be up to 23 (to display the hour), and if the jumper is removed (or connected), the count will be up to 99.

To use the module as a clock, timer, minute counter, etc. project, there are two small buttons on the right side of the circuit to allow you to manually adjust the clock.

If the module is needed for applications such as; Counter module, frequency meter module and other modules, remove jumpers 1 and 3 from the circuit and connect and place only jumper 2 connected to pins 7 and 8. In this case, your module will display a number for each pulse for counting and will count from 0000 to 9999. To convert the module to a frequency meter, you must place a frequency-to-pulse converter at the input of the circuit. Do the same for other circuits and modules such as the temperature module and other modules. 

Pin one: (square pin) is the voltage input of the module and must be at least 3 volts and a maximum of 15 volts. The current consumed by the module is very low and about a few milliamperes, which is very suitable and reasonable for using a battery-powered watch. 

Pin two: The negative voltage pin or GND is ground. 

Pin three: The reset pin or clearing the counter and returning to the number 0000 to start the number again. This pin is either free or connected to the GND ground pin (if you do not need it). But if Connect to positive voltage + (even momentarily) the counter will be reset

Pin four: It is a pulse input that is stimulated by a positive pulse or positive voltage and connect the same mode to the related module for each mode, assuming you want to count the number of turns of a coil device, you should connect to the optocoupler or relay module or the revolution counter switch

Pin six and five: Jumper 1 is for the first two digits of the counter from the right, which allows you to count these two digits up to 59 or up to 99

Pin eight and seven: It is the second jumper and removing the other jumpers and connecting this jumper will count up to 9999 and go up. 

Pin nine and pin ten: It is the third jumper. By connecting this jumper in the counter location, the last two digits on the left will count up to 23 to display the hour, and if removed, it will count or display up to 99.

Pin eleven: or the last pin on the LCD displays the status: which is suitable for using the module as a clock.

There are 3.5 mm diameter holes in the four corners of the module to screw the module to the desired location on the panel of your device, which should leave some distance between the LCD circuit and the panel to avoid damage and connection
